Doomstone

This is the story of a Death Knight. One of the best and brightest undead that swear to serve the protect their kin from the malice of the living, who seek to destroy the undead out of fear - or enslave them as a tireless, unfeeling workforce.  For ages the Death Knights have fought on the front lines of an eternal war against the living, but thanks to the efforts of their ruler, the tide will soon turn. They have finally created a weapon that will snuff out life forever, so the undead may finally live out eternity in peace - the Doomstone.

Doomstone is a short RPG created for the 19th RPG Maker Horror Game Jam with RPG Maker 2000, in approximately 45 hours (based on Steam playtime). 

Since the graphics and music are entirely RTP-derived, I have elected to include them in the game folder. You do not need to download the RPG Maker 2000 RTP to play. However, depending on your computer, you may experience issues when trying to run the executable - see the included readme for details.

As a warning - the game includes no extreme graphics, but some of the text contains vivid descriptions of violence and death. Player discretion is advised.
